The pandemic has forced people to rely on digital solutions for day-to-day routines, including banking. RCBC launched its first end-to-end online account opening portal, making the opening of a new account easier than ever! With just one valid ID, clients can open a new RCBC account without going to the branch, in just minutes. To inform RCBC's clients about this launch, they, together with Avyan, introduced the #nomoremañana - an insight and character-driven campaign, personifying the inertia, apathy and procrastination in all of us.

Highlighting Banking Pain Points to Drive the Switch

Using this tone of irreverent humor married with cold, hard honesty, RCBC customized creative materials identifying frustrations that the target market could have with their banks. Repeatedly, RCBC called on everyone to say “No More Mañana” and say yes to better digital banking experiences if they switch to RCBC now.
